I’ve made it a goal to read more this year and not just “educational books” but all kinds! I want to look at beautiful picture books, fall deep into a novel & a story in another world, read the words of other creatives & business owners, and just experience inspiration outside of the walls of my computer screen.
I made a list of all my favorite books for this season! If I haven’t already read it, I own it and it is waiting it’s turn in line. So all these books I highly recommend if you are wanting to dive into some print materials this summer. Also I want to hear all about the books you are loving these days!! I am totally drawn to pretty blogger books but I’m looking for more novels & stories that can suck me into a new world! Any recommendations!?!?
I can’t wait to read Wild & Free! I just finished reading two children’s chapter books. They were incredible! And might make you cry. ???? And I’m almost done listening to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows!! ???? Love you! ????

Okay. so first off, my mom is reading all the HP books and she is LOVING them! It is so fun. She has no idea the story so we ar trying not to spoil anything. ALSO I need to cheat out those two books. and I will cry. Obvi! hahaah. I need to find my library card! hahah.
Make It Happen has been on my to-read list for what feels like forever!! I have a mental goal (it’s not written and official yet) to read it this summer, finally. 🙂
YAY! You’ll love it!
I really want to reread the Harry Potter (and rewatch) series and the Series of Unfortunate Events! As a preschool teacher, I read a lot of picture books, and I have to recommend Oliver Jeffers to you. My favorite is the Heart and the Bottle. (: I also read a lot of YA books, and I just finished Love Letters to the Dead.
YEs! I love rereading!
all of those look so good! I love the cover designs and fonts <3
me too right!?!
I LOVE reading! I am trying to read 50 books this year…. I’ll have to check out some of your suggestions!
Oh so fun! Yes! And pass on any new ones you are loving!
I’m trying to read more, too! You should read For The Love by Jen Hatmaker–funny and insightful 🙂
I may! I was kinda thrown off by her promo video for the book about how girls shouldn’t wear leggings. HAHA #confessions. I thought it was more rude than funny. But I may be willing to check out the book – so many people love her!
Okay, I need that Disney Parks poster book asap! Definitely noting which books to read next!
Right? It is SO GREAT! I got it for Christmas last year!!!
I love reading! I’ve already read 28 books this year. Yeah, that’s a lot. I’m a big reader of young adult and fantasy! I can’t wait for the next illustrated Harry Potter! They’re so gorgeous!

Yes! I agree! So pretty!!
What a great list! Tho my all time favorite, when it comes to creatives, and business owners – definitely is #girlboss! I know that everyone’s talking a lot about this one lately, and at first I was a bit skeptic. But now I see where all it’s coming from – this book is a must! 🙂
