Sun Basket Dinners (& Giveaway)

Winter albondigas with shredded cabbage with Sun Basket! This is the best! A healthy, local, meal delivery service!! Click through to learn more and save $30 off your first order!Guys, it’s a miracle – I’ve been making dinner 😉 Haha! For those of you who know me, you know that my cooking skills are pretty sub-par and a lot of that has to do with the fact that I have a million other places I would rather be than in the kitchen! I’m all about the easy meals (aka Tacos) or going to our second kitchen, Rudy’s BBQ (it’s way too close to our house for our good!) There are many reasons that we default to those things but it mostly boils down to the fact that I am typically exhausted when I get home from work and have no desire to think about dinner & I’m not the best grocery shopper because I never think of meals before time. I know all these things I could work on to make better meals for my family but I am not passionate enough to put in the time to that – it just feels like a big, stressful chore!

This is why upon discovering Sun Basket my world was rocked. A recipe with all the ingredients you need (this never happens to me!), cooking instructions that take 30 minutes to prepare & cook, and to top it off, a healthy meal for my family – all sent to my front door! I am not exaggerating when I say it is a dream come true and all the members of  my household can verify that dinners with Sun Basket have been some of the best I’ve ever prepared! haha!

To make it even more perfect, Sun Basket works with the best West Coast farmers, ranchers, and fishermen to bring the freshest ingredients directly to your table. They work with suppliers with integrity, who value sustainable farming practices, respect for the environment, and humane treatment of animals! Each box contains three (hearty) meals and you can get them weekly which pretty much means you can cut all the stress out of making dinner in your life.

One of the meals I made with their help was Winter Albondigas with Shredded Cabbage and I pretty much felt like a professional chef. It was so delicious and nothing I would have ever attempted to make on my own! I think that was my favorite part about cooking these three meals – they broke me out of my safe meals and helped me create new exciting food to share with my family!

Have I convinced you yet? Save $30 on your first order when you use this link. Oh, and also because I love you, if you scroll to the bottom of this post you can be entered to win 1 week of organic meals from Sun Basket! Just use the rafflecopter below!
