Gear up For the Adventure with a Huckberry Giveaway

huckberry camera bagSummertime is filled with lake trips, summer sun, and rad vacations but the adventures don’t have to end as the seasons change. Maybe I’ve been spoiled by Colorado falls, and winters, and springs but each season brings something new to enjoy! The layers and terrain may change but outdoor adventures always remain good for the soul.

I have a wonderful camera bag that I own and love to cart around like a purse but I’ve been wanting a camera bag fit for adventure for some time now. I love bringing my camera along on our Colorado trips but I hate carrying around my purse or bringing it case-less (what if is downpours?!) I stumbled upon this camera bag/ cooler from Poler and loved the fun style. Plus Bruce said (and I quote,) “Nice! I can totally wear this camera bag!” And as my personal photographer most of the time he is loving that my camera bag no longer resembles a purse.

Huckberry is a wonderful world full of all the gear you need for today and the inspiration you need for tomorrow. Okay, but seriously they are an Instagram account you need to be following!!

Here at Oak + Oats we believe there is beauty in the everyday and we believe the wilderness must be explored (5 points if you know that reference!!) We want to encourage you to gear up for the adventures in your life because summer may be over but that doesn’t mean the adventures need to stop!!

I’d pick out WILDERNESS RUCKSACK BY TANNER GOODS for my next adventure to Iceland!

  • Now that the leaves are starting to change colors I really want to go the Red River Gorge and the Palisades.
As for what I would buy… my husband and I have a whole list of things we would like to invest in to make camping more convenient so I think it would be more like, what wouldn’t I put this $100 towards!

  • Great bag – so much more stylish than your average camera bag!

  • Nicole

I have needed a backpack for a while, so I would probably pick on of their daypacks!

  • Judith

    I need a new daypack!

  • Ashley Perez

I would love to win the one pictured above!

  • So many great options! I’m loving the Explorers watch….would keep me on time for our trip to China next month!

  • It looks so gorgeous up there! I would love to visit someday 🙂 I love Huckberry’s men shoes! Steven always needs more shoes.

  • I would probably get the very Poler camera cooler you posted because my husband has been eyeing it for awhile! We recently moved to Hawaii, so its always an adventure here 🙂

  • Stephanie

I would love to win this for our new camera! My husband and I would be soooo excited.

  • I’m currently searching for a good camera bag because like you said you get tired of hauling it around in a purse or on your neck. Yet I’m afraid of rain! Lol my next adventure is going to be visiting Oklahoma again and I can’t wait! And maybe an apple orchard we shall see 🙂

  • Love that bag! It is so outdoorsy, yet still stylish. I’m in need of a new camera bag that doesn’t scream “there’s a camera inside me” when I travel.

  • Gretchen

A backpack or winter beanie for me!

  • I still love their blanket!

  • MJ Moore

New hiking boots for my husband- we adventure everywhere together!

  • Meegan

I would want a new pack like the Topo Designs Rover pack to take hiking on the AT!

  • I would pick the same bag you have because it’s perfect for our outdoor hiking adventures that usually go undocumented!

  • Liz

    I like the fisherman crewneck!

  • amy

    #1 these pictures are fantastic!
#2 i LOVE the practicality of this bag – and it is ok for it to get banged up.
#3 i luuurve their bags – and other gear!

  • Katie Worley

I LOVE everything about Huckberry, from their gear selections to their branding! I typically prefer to explore in the warmer months, but the fall colors in the Missouri Ozarks are just too good to miss, so I’m currently planning a trip to Bell Mountain for early November. I will be investing in some more cool weather gear. I’m a total gear head, so I love how Huckberry features multi-tools and apparel to take you from city to the trail seamlessly! I steal a lot of flannels and such from the boyfriend, so I’m sure he’d appreciate me grabbing my own. I’m particularly crushing on the Western Rise button-ups and the Perf blankets!

  • I love that it’s a camera bag that is both suitable for you and Bruce. Michael and I need something more like that and have actually been on the hunt recently.

  • Sean

I’d love to get the Rover Pack on my next camping trip to Colorado! Gorgeous backpack.

  • Alina

I’m loving the Northwesterner. I’d take that on my next girls weekend trip to Chicago.

  • Kyle

    Studebaker Pocket Keyhook

  • I do like that bag you have up there…. really digging the colors and look of it.

  • Natalie Brown

I would get my husband their Neighborhood Henley in the color Lake. So nice! He’d wear it taking the dog to the beach. So fun. Thank-you. 🙂

  • I love the Camera Cooler! I have three kids that I am constantly snapping pictures of, but my camera is getting beat up since i don’t have a bag for it.

We live in Michigan and have so many beautiful places that we want to explore; especially the UP.

  • Always my camera, an extra lens, and extra memory card! Plus lip balm and sunglasses.

  • DJ

I am really loving the KLETTERSACK.

  • Elizabeth, I stumbled upon your blog recently and LOVE your posts, photos, content, all of it. You rock and so does your blog. And I would probably choose that very camera bag you’re wearing in the photos!
