york mint brownies

i make easy treats. i am not not much of a backer/ cook / person who enjoys spending time in my kitchen. these brownies are right up my ally because they are seriously the easiest thing ever. also, they are Ridings family tradition. my mom made these all the time growing up - school snacks, bible study dessert, birthday foods, potlucks, and all that. probably because she is a lot like me! Norwegian tradition does not involve a bridal party (just a maid of honor) but this sweet American never imagined her wedding without one ... continue reading...

I LOVE FOOTBALL! one of the biggest reasons i am so giddy about the fall is because football is back. i love game nights, team spirit, yelling at the TV, snacks, laughter... i love it all. i am particularly happy this fall because the Broncos are 3-0 !! i know that seven other teams are in the same position but it is so exciting to be off to such a thrilling start!  i am working on building up my Broncos outfits - this one is super cute & comfy but for a Monday ... continue reading...
