Fresh Starts
When the clock strikes midnight on New Years Eve I feel like Cinderella - running into a new year, leaving shoes behind, feeling like everything is the same but that nothing is really the same (love me some mixed emotions ;) ) My car doesn't turn into a pumpkin on the way home and my dress doesn't reveal itself as tattered and torn - in fact my life looks pretty much exactly the same moments into the new year - but at the same time it feels like everything is different. Winter Stitch Fix
I had my most recent Stitch Fix delivered just before the holiday! I wanted it to be able to cuddle up in some new scarves and sweaters and have clothes to wear to all the holiday festivities! I opened my box and it was packed with so many goodies - let me tell you, it is mega nice to have a stylist picking things out for you! Tradition. I hold on tight to that word for the better and for the worst. I was built to adore traditions - to look ahead and know what the next year has in store. It is comfort for this planner heart and builds the joy of anticipation. If I could, I would make everything tradition - and then end up burnt out each year trying to squeeze it all in ;) haha.
