The Meadow
On the drive to Eagle Lake Camp, there is a stretch of meadow. The mountains tower behind, the fields stretch across the horizon, the wildflowers bloom, and the dirt road cuts through the middle of it all. There is something about that meadow that takes your breath away. You know it when you get to it and you miss it when you leave. Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Mint ice cream is my favorite kind ever. I've kind of been putting off making it because I love it so much that I didn't want to mess it up. Turns out it was just as easy (if not as easy) as all the rest.
