Top 10 Stitch Fix Outfits
I discovered Stitch Fix just over a year ago and have been getting a little surprise on my doorstep every other month or so. I feel as I have continued with Stitch Fix, they understand me a bit more each time. I am not just talking about my style – I am talking about me! Because when I first filled out my Stitch Fix profile I am not sure that I was even correct about my own style! The past year I have made a lot of changes with my style and my wardrobe. I started looking at quality over quantity when I was overwhelmed by the amount of clothing I owned yet consistently feeling like I had nothing to wear, I purged my closet of everything I didn’t wear or didn’t LOVE (I also purged my heart while I was at it!), and I started building a capsule wardrobe filled with work clothes and play clothes. The stylists at Stitch Fix helped a lot with this journey!
WHAT IS THIS STITCH FIX?
Stitch Fix is an online style service. you fill out a form with your style, pinterest favorites, sizes, and a bunch of other information. they read all about you and try to figure you out. then a personal stylists sends you a box full of picks that they picked out just for you!to sign up for your first stitch you pay $20 to secure your box. you get that 20 bucks back when you buy something – you don’t lose that money if you buy at least one thing from that fix. I wrote a FAQ post if you are interested in hearing more!
Looking back, here are 10 of my favorite looks inspired by my past Stitch Fixes!
When I pulled out this shirt from my Stitch Fix, I almost didn’t even put it on. The cut and style just didn’t really feel like me – but then I put it on and fell in love. It was more my style than I ever realize. Also, super cute with shorts for play and colored skinnies for work.
Have you tried Stitch Fix? What are some of your favorites from your boxes? Would you ever consider letting someone else pick out clothes for you?
I really wish they did this in the UK too! It sounds amazing and all of your outfits look really cute 🙂
I know! Maybe they will soon!
I love all of these outfits – such cute pieces. I’ve never taken the leap to try stitchfix but heard such great things!
You should just try a box! It is great because it is fun to see what others pick for you! also, you can get referrals and get money to use toward your fix 🙂 It is pretty cool.
the polkadot dress!! my favorite. your style is so much like my little sisters style, I think that is why I like it so much! 🙂 also this year I hope do finally do my first stitch fix, though I want to get a bit into a more regular work out routine and lose a bit more of my baby-weight before I do it!
I totally get that! You can also log in and change your style profile when ever you want! So if you start now and go down a size, you can always log in and change that!
My only problem keeping me back from Stitch Fix is commiting $50 a month, even if I dont buy anything from the box. Also, are a lot of the items a lot higher than $50?
So the great news is that you do not have to sign up for monthly boxes and they are only $20. That $20 is minuses out of anything you buy (ex $40 shirt for $20) so you don’t lose it unless you don’t pick anything. The best way to make sure that doesn’t happen is to be really communicative when you are filling out your form and over explain 🙂 You can set your prince ranges when you sign up but I find that jeans and dresses tend to be a bit more and shirts and accessories are less.
You should check out my FAQ post! It might answer a lot of your questions: https://oakandoats.com/2014/04/the-real-deal-about-stitch-fix.html
I realized you had a FAQ post after I commented. #imtheworst. I think after I done saving up for London, I may try it out!
HAHA! No worries! Also, you are going to London?!?! YAY!
Yes, my beau is playing on Team USA’s Ultimate Frisbee Team!
That is amazing! Have SO much fun!
LOVE these! I wish I could afford this..ha!
I get that! It is fun because you can get referrals and money to spend on fixes! You also don’t need to get one every month so you can save up 🙂
