When people began asking me how breastfeeding was going, I was almost too embarrassed to say how well it was going. I know it isn't easy for everyone and, after hearing stories and reading blogs, I expected it to be hard. When she latched great right away and my body started producing milk, I was in awe of what was happening naturally without even trying. I felt guilty for all the other mama's that had a tougher breastfeeding journey. I'm learning that we all have our own stories and the good as ... continue reading...
What to Order for Mama & Baby before you Leave the Hospital
This post has been sponsored by Gerber®. All thoughts and opinions are my own. It feels like just yesterday we brought Hilde home from the hospital. Goodnight, Sleep Tight
When you are pregnant there are so many things you learn, hear, and read as you try to figure out what products to get and how to parent a newborn. Probably the most true statement is that the next season is my favorite season as a true 7 on the enneagram who is always looking for whatever comes next! But regardless, I have a lot of love in my heart for the autumn season. Here in Colorado it comes a bit sooner than other locations because of our high altitude ... continue reading...
