Hibiscus Wine Spritzers for Summer

As the temperatures rise, we start bringing everything outside. Meals, activities, games, drinks – all the things! Not that we don’t get outside during the winter (because snooooow!!) but we don’t just hangout outside in the colder months. After a long day of work, it is fun to gather and have a mini happy hour before dinner. It is also fun to switch things up. For my birthday I got a Hibiscus Wine Spritzer concentrate and I thought it would be perfect to try this week with Bruce and our VOVETI! We love having a couple bottles of VOVETI prosecco on our bar cart for moments like this. VOVETI prosecco is a dry brut DOC Prosecco with tempered acidity and a fresh, graceful profile. It has bubbles (the best!) and has notes of pear, green apple, peach, and melon!

I wanted to share with you a simple yet super refreshing & tasty afternoon treat with you. It is perfect for unwinding and catching up after work on the porch. Bonus points if you watch the sun set because sunsets are magical!

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • VOVETI prosecco (the mini size are perfect for a glass!)
  •  Wine Spritzer Concentrate
  • Water & Ice
  • Fresh Lemons

HOW TO:

  1. Slice Lemons for garnish.
  2. Put 10 oz of water in a pitcher
  3. Add 4 oz of concentrate to pitcher
  4. Pour a small bottle of VOVETI prosecco into two glasses.
  5. Fill with spritzer mix.
  6. Repeat if needed 😉

The best part is this recipe is really simple and it is so easy to create more drinks if you need! CHEERS!
