The Holidays are just around the corner, I know it is still October but it will be crazy how quickly they come on us! It is so easy to get caught in the hustle & bustle of the season. The NEED to shop, make, create, decorate, host, cook, clean, DIY, blog, bake cookies, mail gifts, and a million other things. I am willing to bet that I am not the only perfectionist out there – I cannot be the only one who wants to do it all, and do it perfectly, right?!
That is why I was so drawn to Naptime Diaries Advent Calendar last year. It was just what I needed to slow down and focus on each day. To remember what the season is really all about and to keep my heart in check. This year the calendar comes with even more! A 25 day devotional and meditations for each day of advent!
There is a print and meditation for each day of advent. To help you and your family stay in check and keep a clear & constant reminder of the season. I would love to see what how you style your advent calendars this year – hang them on the wall, fireplace, in a frame… so many creative ways to display these cards! USE CODE: OAKANDOATSADVENT for 10% off! Once you get your calendar in the mail, use #ntdadvent & #holdersnotfolders to share it with us all!
Would love this! I would use it as a tool to teach my son the rue meaning of the Season.
I celebrate with quality family time…a great dinner around the table and a night of talking and board games.
I love everything about advent! I really love reflecting on what Christmas is truly about and reflecting on what He did for us.
K I love this, If I don't win I will probably just need to buy one myself!!! my favorite tradition is opening a present on christmas eve and sleeping all in the same room with my little siblings (not sure if thats going to happen now that I'm married) haha
My favorite tradition is going to our family friends house after church on Christmas eve. It's always so fun!
my favorite tradition is having an advent print calendar 🙂 last Christmas was my first married Christmas & we got the NTD advent calendar & just loved it!
also, i love the tradition of opening one gift on Christmas Eve!
our crazy cousins christmas extravaganza- we get together every year to eat our faces off!
Favorite Christmas tradition is decorating on my birthday. Is that a birthday tradition or a Christmas tradition?
Ah, that's so beautiful. My favorite Christmas tradition is eating fondue with my family on Christmas Eve. It's so fun! =)
My in-laws all sit in a circle and open presents one at a time, the gifter has a clue as to what's inside the package for the giftee and they make a guess before opening it! I love it! It's so fun to get to watch every package be opened and see the happiness on the recipients face! Plus there's like 30 of us now so it takes hours and we have breaks for ice cream and snacks!
Love everything about Christmas!
