WHAT YOU NEED:
– two large handfuls of spinach
– one large, peeled banana
– 2 tbs chia seeds
– 2 cups frozen strawberries
– 1 cup orange juice or almond milk
*serves two people
TO MAKE:
1. cut off a couple slices of the banana and put to the side
2. blend everything else together
3. pour into jars and decorate with the banana on top
4. enjoy

I just posted a strawberry smoothie recipe too! But I didn't put spinach in mine, although I have to say adding spinach is good, too!
Man. I wish! I'm allergic to bananas. However, if I want an instant DIY botox look for my lips, all I need to do is rub a banana over them and wah-la! Except it's bad. Like Will Smith in Hitch bad.

Well fancy that, I never thought to put chia seeds and spinach to my strawberry banana smoothie before. I might just have to try this with all the frozen fruit in my freezer!:)
Ha! It's pretty funny… but not so much. It's pretty sad really! And unlike normal people who are allergic to things, I actually REALLY want bananas a lot of times!
