You want the truth? Truth is I am in love with this whole world of subscription services like Hello Fresh. Especially those that send you a recipe along with ALL of the ingredients you’ll need to make it happen. Guys, this is magic. I am the worst when it comes to grocery shopping & meal planning. I try – but I just can’t stay motivated/ find the time. I’m kind of a hot mess when it comes to the kitchen 😉 Oh, unless I’m making Ice Cream but that doesn’t really count! While I still need to do all the cooking parts, I don’t need to do the whole stressing part and that my friends is the joy of it all! This weekend I whipped up the Crispy Chicken Parmigiana Salad and it was a hit in this house! It made so much food that we have left overs PLUS two more meals to make! We’re all happy campers around these parts. What I love most about Hello Fresh is that they are real meals that real people can make. They taste great, are nutritious, and anyone can make them (I hear Gusteau’s voice from Ratatouille in my head “Anyone can cook!”)
