Just like that, summer is over. And by summer is over, I mean the pool is closed. We had some good times this summer pooling it up! It was SO nice to be in a place that felt more normal – no masks, just happy smiling faces glad to get some summer in!
These photos are from one of our evening trips. The ones dad gets to join us on after work. We ate dinner by the pool and swam as the sun went down. The older kids stay until dark but these kids head out to be home for bedtime at 7:30.
I feel like Hilde has grown so much even just this summer. Millie too. It’s crazy to look back on the first pool day of the summer (and all the ones in between) and then to the photos in this post. I mean, how big is this girl?!
I’d said it once, and I’ll say it again – so glad we have a pool like this to make memories at. Summer after summer and year after year!
