Adorable Hampers for the Nursery

Adorable Hampers for the Nursery | Oak + OatsSo I had the hardest time picking out a hamper for Hilde’s room. Everything else was pretty easy to make a decision on but the hamper situation really gave me a run for my money! I liked too many of them and kept trying to figure out the direction I wanted for her room.

It’s silly really. It is just a hamper! But I love having hampers in the living space which means they have to look nice. Also, I prefer them to have a lid (to keep things looking tidy) and a liner (so that you can wash it / clothes don’t get any snags.). But what really caught me up was when I discovered the animal shaped ones. They were like little pieces of adorable art that functioned as a hamper! I’m so into cute yet practical things! lol. Today I wanted to share with you some of my favorites and the ones I went back and forth with for Hilde’s room.

While I loved (and still love) the kitty one, I ultimately decided it was too short and ordered the pineapple one! Honestly, I think it can also totally grow with her – as long as pineapples stay in trend 😉 I did feel a twang of guilt ordering from Potter Barn Teen. I don’t want my little girl to grow up too fast. But I got over it fast because it is so cute. hahaha. Although… I’m still thinking about that bear as well! See – this is becoming way to hard for me 😉
