DIY Photo Stocking Stuffers

I grew up in a family of four kids. As we got older, we started taking on new responsibilities and traditions. One of them was Christmas stockings. We started stuffing each other’s stockings every Christmas. Each person (including mom & dad) had to pick out a small item for each other person in the family. Then on Christmas eve, we would all stuff the rest of the stockings and go to bed. My mom always would still officially stuff the stockings with all her goodies, but it was a fun way that we got to open up small gifts from everyone. Come Christmas morning, everyone would be like “who gave the play dough?!” or “Yes! Yorks are my favorite! Thanks Chris!” It made stockings pretty darn great!ย Then we all moved out and got married but the tradition stuck. Now the rules are whoever is at Dad & Mom’s on Christmas gets a stocking and everyone coming makes sure to get a gift (under $5) for everyone else who will be there!

I always like to make my gifts on theme so this year I wanted to make something personal! These photo stocking stuffers are just that! When I saw the newย HP Sprocket Photo Printer at Walmart I knew it would be a fun way to make those personal gifts happen! Not only are they a great gift but the HP Sprocket is as well! The HP Sprocket is about the size of a cell phone, portable, beautiful designed (grab one in white, red, or black!) and the sticky printer paper already comes packaged with it!!

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • HP Sprocket (you can find them at Walmart like I did!)
  • Free HP Sprocket App on your phone
  • Magnet paper
  • Scissors
  • Your favorite photos!

HOW TO:

  1. Pick out the photos you want to use for the gifts.
  2. Use your HP Sprocket to print them out right from your phone. You can format and edit from the HP Sprocket app.
  3. Stick to magnet sheet.
  4. Cut excess magnet.
  5. Gift Away!
