Teagarita & Festivities

We spent the long weekend with friends & family – the best way to celebrate holidays in my book! We had a small BBQ gathering at my parents house on Independance Day itself and as the Mayberry contribution to the family meal we brought the drinks! What backyard party is complete without some fun drinks #amiright (alcoholic or otherwise). I whipped out the Jose Cuervo Teagaritas and started pouring glasses!

It was all of our first times with Teagaritas – half iced tea and half margarita! You just add ice and an adorable straw (because everyone looks cute drinking out of a straw) and enjoy! Half of us realized our whimpy-ness and needed a little something to mix into the already mixed drinks (bring out more iced tea!) where the other half of us thought the mixture of tea & margarita already in the bottle was just right. They also have some other fun recipes on their facebook if you are in the mood to be creative!

I can tell you this, good food, fun drinks, and great company may create one of the best feelings in the world. We love to gather these people together and love any excuse to throw a backyard summer party! The whole family also agreed that a fun kit like this would be a great wedding gift/ housewarming gift! So invite us to your party and we will bring the fun!!

PS: Everyone looks good in Red, White, and Blue!
