Christmas Gift Guide 2025: For The Kids

I love Christmas shopping. It is honestly too easy for me to go overboard on gifts for my kids and cause overwhelm Christmas morning. Bruce and I have decided to be much more intentional with what we give our children for Christmas and, because we think it is important for the kids to buy gifts for each other, we only give one gift to each kid. One day this will have more of a set price point (when the kids have a better idea what things are worth) but right now it just looks like one nice thing we know they would like. We are also doing a group gift this year (the Tin Can phone!) and we do stockings which will have a new Christmas stuffy as well as some other small goodies.
This gift guide is a list of things we either already own and love, or we are purchasing for our kids this year! I hope that you find some fun ideas in this list for the kids in your life!
- Bluey Dump Truck – $20. Need I say more? All my kids would be thrilled to unwrap this gem – especially my 3-year-old son!
- Camp Snap Screen Free Digital Camera – $70. We have purchased these for each one of our kids. They are the best kid friendly camera on the market. No screens, no film, no fuss. They are durable and actually take good pictures! It is so fun to see the world through the eyes of our children. PLUS they have a waterproof case that let’s you bring your camera along on all kinds of adventures!
- Christmas Stuffies – $36. I love to put an unwrapped Christmas doll under the tree or stuffed into the top of the stocking to find on Christmas morning. Growing up, I have fond memories of special Christmas toys that would come out with the Christmas decorations and so we do that for our kids too! These guys are not overtly Christmas and also SO cute that they may just stay out when Christmas gets packed away!
- Fruit of the Spirit puzzle
- Handmade Bow & Arrow Set – $35+. How fun would these bows be for a sibling group? I love
- Doll Carrier – $16. Do your girls love babies? Mine do! They also love to have all the mom accessories including a carrier. This is perfect for taking their stuffy or babydoll on a walk with mom, on a hike, to the store, or even just to free their hands up so they can color in peace!
- ESV The Biggest Story Holy Bible for Kids – $20 (on sale!!!) We now have a big reader and it is time for her to have her own Bible! I love this beautiful leather one but the hardcover is beautiful too. You can’t go wrong with any of the designs!
- Little Adventures Princess Dress – $50. We love all the costumes from Little Adventures! The quality is absolutely amazing and they hold up really well even in the wash! They are play clothes kids can actually play in! Plus they are a REAL small business and I love supporting that.
- The Classic Little Tikes Stroller. Over the last 7 years we have had a varriy of toy strollers. Some ceap and plastic and others expensive and wooden. NONE OF THEM HAVE LASTED. We have had the Little Tikes car in our backyard for the same amount of time – in all kinds of weather – and it is still strong as an ox! This year I am going with the classic and getting my daughter a stroller that can handle being played with!
- Parker Kids Co Hat ($26), Belt Bag($23), and Velcro Patches ($8). We have this whole set plus the lunch box and backpack (in tree colors!) My kids adore them and I love the quality! The patches are so fun to switch out and share between all the kids! I also love that you can “grow” with them because you can always switch out the designs!
- Guardian Bike – $350. We got our oldest a new bike for her birthday and we have been so happy with this choice! Guardian Bikes really are easy to learn on and help build confidence with biking!
- Sling Shot – $16. Okay, I think this is such a fun stocking stuffer! We got these for all the cousins for one big felt ball shootout! I love a stocking stuffer that is fun and it is even better when it supports a small business.
- Tin Can Phone – $75. Do you wish your kids could learn how to answer a house phone? How about memorize their best friends phone numbers? Or talk to their auntie without a screen distracting them? Or even be able to call Grandma to ask a question without needing your phone? Yeah, me too! We got our whole family on board and now are converting friends and neighbors to our cause! Bring back the old school days of phone etiquette and a house phone in the kitchen!
- Toy Cash Register Set – $30. My kids had a toy like this that we picked up at a thrift store years ago. It slowly continued to break and lose even more pieces. It’s gone now and the kids miss it! You can do so much creative play (and even math) with one of these so I want to surprise them with a brand new register!
