A week at the Pool

This mama is jumping head on into summer over here! With temperatures in the 80s and 90s we spent the week at the pool. It was a little bit crazy and a lot a bit exhausting but magical none the less.

I had the thought to bring a book while I was gathering up all our pool things – the floaties, towels, snacks, swim vest, pool toys – and then as quickly as the thought came to me, I realized how pointless that would be. Taking two toddlers to the pool isn’t relaxing 😉

Day One

One the first pool day of the week my true love gave to me a camera full of memories made! My mother-in-law, two of my nephews, and my niece pooled it up with us as well as our bffs Andi + Bradlee! Hilde and Millie are starting to be more confident with the water which is fun and a little crazy! They do love the kiddie pool so that helps keep them contained and in my arms reach!

Day Two

On the second pool day of the week my true love gave to me two jumping girls and a camera full of memories made! Andi + Hilde are a year and a half apart but such good friends! It is so fun to see them play together and all the shenanigans they get into! Soon these girls will be killing it on this volleyball court! For now they are just trying to jump as high as they can!

Day Three

One the third pool day of the week my true love gave to me three cupcakes, two jumping girls, and a camera full of memories made! We celebrated Bryce’s birthday at the pool so there were even more friends and family there! Lots of the cousins are older so we found ourselves with friends again most of the time – hanging in the kiddie pool + the playground! Also Hilde and Millie found these red chairs and tried to carry them everywhere!

Whew! It was just as tiring as it looks but so much fun to spend these hot summer days at the pool!
