Can I be honest? I love my job. I love being an entrepreneur. I love blogging, creating, photographing, making, emailing, and writing. I love the freedom my job creates, I love what I do, and I can work my stinking butt off doing it. What I don’t love is reaching the end of a long day and trying to figure out dinner & then make it. Because Bruce and I still have to eat when we get off work, I have been trying to find meals that fit our lifestyle. There are just two of us so while slow cookers are magical, they are not always practical.
