We flew into Texas a couple weeks back to be in our sweet cousin’s wedding. Bruce and I were both in the wedding and we took full advantage of the opportunity and loved every minute. I took my DSLR along and my new lens in hopes of capturing some fun photos – turns out I only picked up a camera a couple of times.
I mean it makes sense really, I was in the wedding, spending time with people, soaking up every moment, and didn’t have time to whip out my camera. It was this lovely compilation of a family wedding and a friend wedding! Seriously, the best of both worlds.
I wanted to share with you the moments that I did get to capture.
Great photos!
You are a great photographer. I really love the close up of the dog and the last one.
I like that you are playing around with underexposure like the first few photographs!
moments and portraits captured so beautifully! i can almost hear the laughter in that last one. i've tried using the manual setting on my husband's semi-fancy camera (that's the technical name for it) but i can't seem to get the pictures right. was it just practice and using good lenses that helped? cuz your pictures are BANGIN 🙂
Yay TEXAS! 🙂
🙂 Let's go back. And can we be in more weddings together? That would be great.
The photos that you did capture are really wonderful. I think we sometimes forget how crazy it can be to be in a wedding. That's not going to stop me from bringing my camera in hopes of capturing some awesome photos this weekend. haha.
These are great pics! And I love your dress!
Thanks so much!
Thanks so much! I have grown a lot in the past year. IT is super fun to me. I still feel like I have so much to learn!
