Here in Colorado summer kind of melts into fall. The weather stays mostly warm but the leaves start changing and honestly you can blink and miss it so OPEN YOUR EYES! lol. The other weekend Bruce and I took the girls to one of our favorite parks near our house – we always are the only people there the girls can swing as long as they want!
While we were there, I noticed that the Scrub Oak was changing and it was stunning! You could see pops of color all over the hills around us. I’m glad I brought my camera with us on this walk because I took a bunch of photos that all turned out so cute!
I’m finally getting to posting these photos two weeks later and the Scrub Oak is no longer poppin’ like this. That is so typically for Colorado falls – it is one of our shortest seasons but one of my absolute favorites!
While we are here, Hilde Joy at age 2 is adorable. Her personality is exploding and she is learning all the time. She is so brave – she runs around playgrounds all the time by herself and mostly wants me to stay on the ground and watch her! It’s the best.
PS: Millie can stay in the swing for hours and be the happiest baby in the world!
Y’all are seriously the cutest and I love how y’all intentionally spend time together! The girls are getting so big and it’s blowing my mind and I absolutely LOVE your top!
Thank you so much!!! Isn’t it crazy?!?!?
