Our Daily Moments JUNE 2020

Whoa. Turns out it is August and I got a bit behind on my Our Daily Moments posts #typical. The good news is that I’m only behind in the posts here on the blog and not the photos themselves! Last year with baby Hilde and being preggo we missed a couple months entirely. This year I’m doing sooo good! So go me!

1 & 2: Millie has been waking some nights around 5 am. We’ve been bringing her into bed with us to nurse and get a couple more hours of sleep. Hilde went through this phase too and it’s fun to snuggle with my little girl!

3 & 4: Millie wearing her Storm Pooper onesie! My brother and sister-in-law got this for Hilde as a baby but I never took a picture of her wearing it before she outgrew it! So I had to get one of our Mil Girl!

5 & 6: Hilde playing with her little sis as we all get ready for the day.

7 – 11: Hilde found my fanny pack that I got for hiking and commandeered it! She insisted on wearing it to the zoo with us and I couldn’t say no!

12 – 18: Back at the zoo! The zoo opened back up but you have to reserve a slot to go. I’ve been trying to get a time slot about once a week because this is one of our favorite places ever! The new Hippo & Penguin exhibit is such a fun one!

19 & 20: Some of the zoo wildlife. I’ve never seen the bears being fed in this section of their exhibit and it was so fun!

22 – 24: We’ve been getting dippin-dots to share when we go to the zoo because it is SO HOT and it is such a nice little break. They feel like such a splurge we didn’t get to do as kids growing up much so now that I am an adult, I splurge out! HAAH

25 & 26: Just kids being kids. AKA Hilde making Millie laugh harder than anyone else!

27 – 29: Millie and friends.

30 – 33: Millie is just starting to sit up on her own! She can balance for a couple seconds before she starts to fall over but she is SO CLOSE!

34: The toys Hilde finds to share with her sister…

35 – 42: Photo shoot with my youngest!

44 – 46: Hat thief.

47 – 50: Backyard picnic with Uncle Chris & Aunt Julie. They spent several months with us while their jobs were shut down because of COVID. So thankful we got to spend so much unexpected time with them during such a crazy season!
