Choosing Health in 2017

This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group® and Hyperbiotics, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #HealthiestDaysAhead  http://my-disclosur.es/OBsstV

We are almost halfway into 2017 and I am just weeks away from my 29th birthday (I have to throw that fact in because it is birthday month!!!) I talked loosely back in January how 2017 was the year of taking intentional steps toward my health. Not just physical but emotional, mental, and spiritual. I started taking daily vitamins, reading a book a month (for fun), working out at Pure Barre, prioritizing Bible Study and daily quiet times, buckling down on work/life boundaries, drinking more water, and the like.

After a pretty bad cold season this year (hanging out with kindergartners can do that to you) I started searching for ways to up my immunity. Enter in Hyperbiotics – a probiotic supplement that I found at Target (where all good things are)  They are vegetarian, non-GMO, and free of lactose, gluten, and sugar. There is also no soy, iron, nuts, artificial flavors, artificial colors, or preservatives. I was eager to add them into my daily routine (and my husband’s 😉 )

The selling point for me was improved immunity but Hyperbiotics encourages so much more than that (like better digestive health & energy). Hyperbiotics comes in all types, I picked up the Pro-15 for myself. It replenishes beneficial bacteria for optimal digestive and immune health with 15 Targeted Probiotic Strains and doesn’t have to be refrigerated! (YAY! It can sit with all my other vitamins so I remember to take them!!)

You interested? Head to hyperbiotics.com to learn more and #followyourgut to Target and pick up some for your family! Let me know if you also take a probiotic or if you will start to now!
