Snapshots from Santa Fe

Oh friends! It is crazy how many pictures can end up on one camera with just three days with these ladies. I keep talking about it, but this girls trip was so good for the soul and our friendships. I’m not going to lie, I was a bit nervous about eight girls traveling together but we rocked it out and I was so impressed by everyone’s “go with the flow” and gracious attitudes – even though a couple times it was hard to just make a plan ๐Ÿ˜‰

There is something about traveling with someone that you really get to know them. I’m sure a lot of it has to do with the fact that you are around each other 24 hours, but it is fun just to hang out with friends longer than a coffee date or a bible study night. We talked, laughed, shared, asked questions, and simply just walked around with friends all weekend.

I highly recommend (with all of my little heart) that you organize a friendcation (friend vacation!) It may be for the 8 girls in your bible study (like we did) but it doesn’t have to. Drive away with 1 or 2 best friends, gather up a couple of your favorite couples, or meet friends who live in other states in the middle somewhere. There is something about getting away from the real world with the people in your life – the connections happen much easier and you get to make a bunch of shared memories!

So without further adieu, here are my snapshots from Santa Fe – our first (annual?!) girl’s weekend!
