    January 18, 2018January 18, 2018

It’s 18 days into the New Year. 18 out of 365. When you put it like that, it feels more than okay to still be ironing out dreams and goals for this year. Right?! I

    My word for 2018

    January 10, 2018January 10, 2018

    • Discovering all the coffee shops in San Diego ☕and loving all the neon signs! 😍😍 PS: it's always so hard for me to get into the swing of things when I get back from a trip. Any advice?
    • I only walk down the middle of roads that are CLEARLY empty. I am 100% a scaredy cat. But when I'm brave enough, the pictures come out pretty awesome! haha. 🌵

Honestly, you can replace "walking down the middle of roads" with nearly anything here. I love comfort, knowledge, and safety. New things scare me. The idea that in 4 short months I'll be a mom scares me, running my own business scares me, heck editing pictures for Instagram scares me. But over and over I remind myself of TRUTH. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." ❤️

Now I'm not saying to pray your way into the middle of a busy street, but I am saying that fear and anxiety hold us back from God's goodness and abundant life. I don't know what parenthood will look like, but I know God's got this and I know there will be blessings in the adventure! Already thinking of holding our little girl in my arms fills me with so much joy. Sometimes the awesome things only come when we take the risk. 🦄
    • I'm thinking we need to move near an ocean... 🌊
    • GIRLS TRIP! 🌵🌴😍 Took this little girl along with me on our girl's trip! We started off with a little getaway in Joshua Tree ( which I've always wanted to see!) and now are spending the rest of our days here in Cali exploring San Diego! Having a blast taking all the pictures with @alovedlifeblog and baby girl!
    • Sunset in the desert 🌵
    • Disney pictures are FINALLY live 😂😉 I figured I needed to get them on the blog before all the San Diego pictures start coming. HAHA. ❤️
Love this little one and she simply cannot wait until her baby cousin arrives! She already gives her more hugs and kisses than me!
