We take turns hosting our girls Bible Study each week so that all of us get a chance to entertain and all of us get a break from hosting. It works great for us and provides for time to get to know each other better by seeing how each one of us decorates, hosts, and makes for snacks.
When my friend Jenn showed up at my house the night it was my turn to host, she said “YES! I knew you would have a guilt-free dessert for us!” I guess that is the rout I tend to take whenever I’m hosting – ha! Fresh berries are ALWAYS one of my favorite things and I go crazy whenever they are even a tad bit on sale. I thought it would be fun to make a quick, five minute, guilt-free treat. I mean, we are all going to snack, so it might as well be better for you snacking. I am a huge advocate of moderation and there are ways to enjoy a sweet treat without going overboard! I also made them in wine glasses because that’s fancy and 8 wine glasses on a coffee table fit much better than giant bowls!
WHAT YOU NEED
– Kozy Shack® Simply Well® pudding cups (only 90 calories!)
– Fresh Fruit
– Whipped Cream
1. Scoop pudding into glass
2. Add whipped cream
3. Pile on fresh berries
* Make sure to wait to make these just before/ when guests arrive because they are so quick to make and are best enjoyed right away!
