review // card store

it is no secret that i LOVE snail mail. and paper products in general. so it would seem natural that my heart would flutter upon discovering the Card Store. this is not like the current factory outlet or dayspring cards – this is a beautiful online web world where you can design your own cards and send them for only a couple bucks!
i spent a couple minutes (hours) playing around with their photo cards, themed cards, and their cute little blog. and finally stumbled on a card that i could personalize for my best friend who lives in Kansas City. we have had many adventures together one of them being a London adventure and we both were pretty freaking excited to be walking in the same places as the Royal Family and Harry Potter!!! so i wrote her a card. they sent it to me (or i could have had it go straight to her!). and then i sent it her way after adding a few more words (AKA filling up all the blank space – no judging! we are best friends who live miles away. it is normal). then she sent me a card back. it was magical
the moral of the story is:
1. be inspired to send mail
2. use your creativity and others creativity
3. enjoy mail
